Ramone Hughes
Ramone is a Certified Athletic Therapist and the founder of Kenmare Clinic and InForm Pilates Kenmare. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Athletic Therapy and Rehabilitation.
Having grown up in Kenmare, movement and the outdoors have always been an important part of Ramone’s life. She enjoys running, cycling, swimming and exploring the local hills and mountains, an active lifestyle that continues to shape both her work and her understanding of how important it is to feel confident in your body.
Alan Burke
DO / Osteopath
ACSM Exercise Physiologist
Alan Burke has been practicing osteopathy in England since 2000 and is a ACSM Exercise Physiologist and UK Athletics Jumps Coach.
He was a member of the Osteopathic Team working as part of the Physical Therapies Team at the Polyclinic in the Athletes Village in 2012 where he treated a number of athletes who went on to make finals and win Olympic medals, he was a member of the Physical Therapies team that worked at the 2017 IAAF World Athletics Championships treating athletes that went on to medal. Alan is an advocate of “practice what you preach” and enjoys getting out walking, running and cycling, he has completed all the Ride London 100 Sportive events
Rosie Colloff Watson
Physiotherapist
Rosie is a Chartered Physiotherapist who qualified from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh.
She began her career within the NHS in Scotland, gaining experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions before moving into private practice.
Rosie has a particular interest in exercise-based rehabilitation, incorporating Pilates and strength-based movement to help patients achieve their functional goals. Having completed several marathons and enjoying hiking and cycling herself, she understands the frustration and disappointment that can come with injury and is committed to supporting her patients throughout their recovery.
EmmyLou Steele
Pilates Instructor
Emmy Lou Steele is a local Pilates instructor with a longstanding passion for movement.
After practising Ashtanga yoga daily for over 12 years, she first came to the clinic eight years ago with upper-back pain. She subsequently discovered Pilates and has attended weekly classes with us for the past seven years. She has since returned to her yoga practice and now enjoys it with greater comfort and confidence.
Inspired by her own experience, Emmy Lou completed comprehensive training in Mat and Reformer Pilates, including pregnancy Pilates. She brings a passionate and supportive approach to her teaching and is a valued member of the InForm Pilates team.
