Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, mobility, posture while enhancing physical and mental awareness. Clinical Pilates was developed by chartered physiotherapists who linked relevant physiotherapy research into physical movements, creating a structured step-by-step method for the rehabilitation of injuries.

Pilates is suitable for any age group and level of fitness and we provide classes from beginners to advanced with specialised classes for Low back pain, Pre & post pregnancy, Bone health, Mum & baby and Sports.

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates is a dynamic, full-body exercise system that combines controlled movement with the resistance and support of the Pilates Reformer machine. Unlike mat Pilates, the Reformer uses springs, pulleys, and a moving carriage to create just the right balance of challenge and assistance.

Pilates for Pregnancy

Physical activity during pregnancy can help reduce the risk of pregnancy complications and can enhance maternal physical and mental health.

Masters Pilates for 60+

Staying fit and healthy is extremely important in later life, regular exercise can be a good way to help painful conditions and helps to keep the joints and muscles more flexible and less painful. Modified Pilates is an inviting senior exercise program providing the many benefits of Pilates which include increased levels of strength balance, flexibility, muscle tone, stamina and well-being.

Online Pilates

Our online classes provide you with the opportunity to partake in a class from the comfort of your own home while still getting the same in studio attention.

Our small class sizes and large screen enables us to see you clearly helping us give guidance throughout the exercises.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.
  • No refunds on class packs, blocks, intro offers, or annual packs.
  • Spaces limited , early booking recommended.
  • Classes start on time, please arrive 5 minutes early for setup.

Introductory Offers

  • One-time purchase for new clients only.
  • Valid for 4 weeks from the date of first class.
  • Cannot be extended or paused

Block Booking

  • A reserved weekly spot (same day/time) for the full 8-week block.
  • Missed classes outside this allowance cannot be made up, credited, or carried over.
  • Make-up classes must be used within the same 8-week block and are subject to availability.

10-Class Pack

  • Valid for 12 weeks from the date of first class.
  • Unused classes expire after 12 weeks.
  • Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable

Annual Packs

  • Purchase available until January 31st.
  • Valid for 12 months from activation.
  • Non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Can be used for any standard reformer class.
  • Maximum 2 classes per week may be booked using an annual pack.
  • Additional packs/blocks may be purchased anytime.
  • Not valid for workshops, specialty classes, or private sessions.

Late Arrival

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late, the instructor may not allow entry for safety reasons.
  • Late arrivals will not be refunded or credited.

Studio Policies

  • Pilates + Reformer intake form and waiver filled, signed and returned or you will not be able to participate in the class.
  • Grip socks required for all reformer classes (for hygiene + safety).
  • Please wipe down equipment after each class.
  • Mobile phones on silent. 

Cancellation Policies

Reformer & Mat Classes

  • 12-hour cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made more than 12 hours before class:
    Class is credited back to your pack/block/annual pack.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows:
    Class is charged / deducted.

Cancellation Policy for all other appointments

  • 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment:
    no fee
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows:
    Full treatment fee will be charged.
