Why InForm Pilates?

Not just a workout. A smarter way to move.

Many people come to Pilates because they want to get stronger, improve posture, reduce stiffness, support an injury, or feel better in their body.

At InForm Pilates Kenmare, we bring a more therapeutic and informed approach to Reformer Pilates. Classes are guided with attention to technique, control, confidence and safety — not just intensity.

Our goal is to help you build strength that supports your everyday life, movement that feels better, and confidence in what your body can do.

What is Reformer Pilates?

Strength, mobility and control — supported by the Reformer.

The Reformer is a spring-based Pilates machine that supports and challenges the body through smooth, controlled movement.

It can help you build strength, improve mobility, support posture, increase body awareness and move in a way that feels low-impact but highly effective.

Because the springs can be adjusted, exercises can be adapted for beginners, active adults, older adults, people returning from injury, athletes, and those who want to move well without the pressure of a gym environment.

What you may notice

What changes when you start moving consistently?

1. You feel stronger

Build strength through your legs, glutes, core, back, arms and shoulders in a controlled, supported way.

2. Your posture improves

Reformer Pilates helps you become more aware of how you sit, stand and move.

3. Your mobility increases

Move with more ease, less stiffness and better control.

4. You feel more confident

Classes are supportive and progressive, so you can build confidence at your own pace.

5. Your body feels more supported

Ideal for people managing aches, old injuries, weakness, stiffness or a loss of confidence in movement.

6. Your mind gets a break

For 45 minutes, you focus on your breath, movement and body — giving your mind space from the busyness of everyday life.
